General lead time is around 6-8 weeks.
Fast track options around 3-4 weeks depending on the product.
Club shop delivery times are arranged with your club shop manager, please discuss with them.

Delivery charges vary from £4.91
Each delivery cost will be calculated based on the weight of the garments/order.
Please contact us for overseas shipping costs.
Important Information
- Delivery times are estimated (including fast track orders) and we endeavour to meet dates wherever possible, delays may occur from time to time based on circumstances outside of our control.
- TE Sportswear Ltd has the right to (where/when required) amend delivery schedules at any time, with best endeavours to notify you (the customer) of such delays.
- We may deliver the goods to you in advance of any agreed or estimated delivery dates.
- If we part deliver, deliver the wrong, or damaged, goods to you then please notify us within forty eight hours of delivery giving us full details.
- We can not accept returns of custom made or personalised goods unless damaged or incorrect.

Returns
Our products are unable to be returned or exchanged as they are all custom made so please ensure you have seen size guides and fabric swatches and all details of your production sheet.
If you find there is an issue with a product please contact us within 48 hours.
If they are damaged or faulty we will arrange a collection of your items and arrange replacements to be made and delivered as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Orders can start to be made soon after we receive confirmation of your production sheet so changes to your order or cancellations will be at our discretion after this, depending on how far along your order is. There may be an option to have a partial refund to cover the costs of materials if your order is not too far along.
