Drawstring colour will either be close to the main colour or black or white.

We don’t have a minimum quantity on most products* but less than 4 of any product design incur an extra charge (except netball bibs).
*Minimum surcharges apply on the following products: 10 for bags, 50 for swim caps, 36 for socks

Construction Methods

Cut and Sew

Cut and Sew is where different coloured fabric pieces are sewn together to create a design – ideal for those wanting embroidery or printing applied. Cheaper initially but extra charges apply for personalisation.

Sublimation

Sublimation is where the fabric is dyed with the design and all personalisation – more expensive initially but no charge for personalisations so ideal for those with intricate designs and/or lots of personalisations.

Woven

Some products, such as woolly hats and socks, may be created with woven threads.

Construction Method  
Fabrics

Micromesh

100% Polyester.
Micromesh is a breathable fabric with small indents allowing air to flow through the fabric keeping you cool. Available in a lightweight 160gsm, 220gsm and heavier 280gsm.

Premium Soft

100% Polyester.
Premium Soft is a lightweight cool smooth fabric that is used for many golf style polos and tees. Available in 160gsm sublimated and 190gsm cut & sew and then 250gsm for a heavier option.

Interlock

100% Polyester.
Interlock 200 is a soft smooth fabric that is durable but still a modern light fit. 200gsm.

Polycotton

65% Cotton, 35% Polyester.
Polycotton is a traditional polo shirt material. It is softer than cotton, so great for feeling good against the skin. 220gsm.

Jacquard

100% Polyester.
Jacquard is a traditional cricket shirt material a little thicker feeling than the micromesh option. Great for a traditional look. 160gsm.

Jersey

65% Polyester, 35% Cotton.
Our cotton jersey is a nice soft cotton with an element of stretch. This fabric is a great feel for a leisure tee. 220gsm.

Mesh

100% Polyester.
Mesh is a material with holes in that is very lightweight and breathable. 110gsm.

Elastane

100% Polyester.
Stretchy elastane material perfect for those fitted items. Thicker than a traditional cycling short fabric and extra soft! Also available in a chlorine resistant and UV protection option for all water sports.  220/270gsm and Chlorine Resistant 210gsm.

Dazzle

65% Polyester, 35% Cotton.
Dazzle is a shiny basketball fabric, perfect for retro american basketball look. 180gsm.

Satin

100% Polyester.
Satin is a lovely soft material with a sheen. 90/110gsm.

PC Twill

65% Polyester, 35% Cotton.
Traditional rugby shirts and shorts can be made out of our PC Twill. Hard wearing and traditional feeling.  220gsm.

Poly Twill

100% Polyester.
Traditional polyester twill, ideal for hard wearing traditional rugby shorts. Available in 220 or 300gsm.

Scuba

90% Polychloroprene, 10% Polyester.
Our thick scuba fabric is a waterproof material used for wetsuits. Perfect for all water sports. 1.75mm thick.

D-Interlock

100% Polyester.
This material is a more traditional sporting material for formal sports trousers to be sublimated.  260gsm.

Ultra

100% Polyester.
This material is a tradtional sporting material for formal sports trousers. 180gsm.

Comfy

65% Polyester, 35% Cotton.
Our lovely warm and cosy ‘comfy’ material, for hoodies, sweatshirts and joggers. 320gsm.

Dspeedon Soft

100% Polyester.
Dspeedon material is great for sublimated hoodies, swesthirts and joggers. It has a soft inside, but bear in mind as it is sublimated the outside isn’t as soft and warm as a normal sweatshirt material. Swatches recommended.  240gsm.

Trinda

100% Polyester.
Trinda is perfect for those leisure tracksuits, great for warming up or travel. If you need a showerproof material then opt for our peach fabric. 220gsm.

Peach

100% Polyester.
Our cagoule material is 100% waterproof and perfect for our lightweight waterproof jackets. 120gsm.

Cagoule

100% Polyester.
Our cagoule material is 100% waterproof and perfect for our lightweight waterproof jackets.  90gsm.

Acrwool

70% Acrylic, 30% Wool.
Acrwool is our acrylic wool blend of material used for our baseball jackets.  340gsm.

Microstretch

100% Polyester.
Microstretch is a showerproof tracksuit material with an element of stretch to it. Perfect for a taper trouser and modern fit jacket. 120gsm.

Tazlon

100% Polyester.
Tazlon is our 100% waterproof material used for our thicker waterproof coats for those looking for a sideline/manager coat. Don’t forget to check out our jacket lining options. 130gsm.

Microtwill

70% Acrylic, 30% Wool.
We use microtwill for our ties for a more traditional sublimated look.  115gsm.

Formpoly 180SK

100% Polyester.
Suit style material for formal trousers and blazers. 180gsm.

JACKET LININGS

Fleece

100% Polyester.
Our quilt lining is perfect to make our tracksuit jackets, waterproof jackets and waterproof coats thicker and warmer. 200gsm.

Quilt

100% Polyester.
Our fleece lining is perfect to make our tracksuit jackets, waterproof jackets and waterproof coats thicker and warmer. 75gsm.

Mesh

100% Polyester.
Our mesh lining comes as standard inside our tracksuit jackets, tracksuit trousers and waterproof jackets. 110gsm.
